Here’s a tip! Take an hour and a half drive down 55 to Pocahontas and Greenville for some fun antiquing shops and a fantastic restaurant. Took the drive today and purchased an antique cash register, primitive red shelf and wagon, a book on flower arranging, some military memorabilia, and a cute plant stand. Then on to Diamond Springs Restaurant, a 100 year old restaurant with the best fried chicken in the world served family style with mashed potatoes, beets, slaw, biscuits, green beans, and gravy. But the best is the homemade pies. I had the chocolate cream and the meringue was a mile high. Yum.
